Is this for you?
Your hair is thinning or shedding more than it used to, or your skin is showing your age faster than you’d like. You’ve tried products without knowing what’s actually causing the change. You want a medical approach that looks for the reason, protects what you have and tracks real progress.
Our approach
How you look is part of how you experience your own longevity. Hair loss and skin aging have different causes, so we don’t offer one package for everyone. We start by finding what’s driving the change: hormones, nutrition, inflammation, genetics or the condition of your scalp and skin. Then we protect what you have, stimulate renewal and measure the response over time. This is long-term medical care, not a spa menu.
What your care can include
- A Nara Hair & Skin Assessment with a detailed scalp and skin examination, magnified follicle analysis and standardized photographs
- Lab work when your history calls for it
- Prescription treatments for hair loss in men and women, when appropriate
- Medical-grade skin care focused on sun protection and cellular renewal
- In-clinic regenerative procedures, including microneedling-based protocols, when appropriate
- Referral to dermatology or hair transplant specialists when needed
How we track your progress
We repeat your photographs and measurements at about 3, 6 and 12 months, then continue with maintenance. Hair biology is slow: changes in shedding usually come first, and visible improvement takes several months.
Precision Nutrition & Lifestyle in this care path
Hair and skin reflect what’s happening inside: protein, nutrition, sleep and stress all play a part. Your nutrition and exercise team supports those foundations alongside your medical treatment.

Questions
Do you offer Botox or fillers?
No. We focus on hair and skin as part of your long-term health, so we don’t offer cosmetic injectables, fillers or cosmetic surgery.
How long until I see results?
Hair and skin change slowly. Reduced shedding is often noticed around three months, and visible improvement typically takes six months or more. Results vary and are never guaranteed.
Will I need treatment forever?
For many types of hair loss and skin aging, the benefits fade when treatment stops, so most patients continue with a maintenance plan. Your physician will discuss this with you from the start.
Is this only for men?
No. Women’s hair loss has its own causes, from hormones to iron levels to menopause, and we evaluate and treat it on its own terms.
Do you perform hair transplants?
No. When a transplant is the right option, we refer you to a qualified surgeon and continue caring for your hair long-term.
