Questions
Getting started
How do I get started?
Complete our short online intake. Tell us what you’d like to improve and where you’d like to be seen. It takes about 2 minutes.
What happens after I send my request?
While our clinics are coming soon, you’ll be on the list for your nearest Nara Longevity location, and you’ll be among the first to book your Nara Assessment when it opens. Once a clinic is open, a member of our care team contacts you within one business day.
How do you choose my clinic?
Our care team recommends the Nara Longevity clinic that fits your goals and the care you need, and explains the recommendation to you.
When will your clinics open?
We’ll share opening news with everyone on the list first. Join the list for the location nearest you.
The Nara Assessment
What is the Nara Assessment?
It’s how every Nara Longevity plan begins: two visits in which we measure where your body stands today and then explain what we found and what we recommend.
What does it include?
Your body composition, blood biomarkers, VO2 max and a clear definition of your goals. Your team may also recommend additional tests for a more personalized analysis.
What do I leave with?
Your results explained and your Personalized Longevity Protocol: a clear, visual summary of your plan, organized by pillar.
Your care
Who makes medical decisions?
Your physician. Your care team supports you, but every medical decision is made by your physician.
Can I come in for just one treatment?
Some patients come for something specific. A clinician still decides what evaluation is needed first, so your care stays safe.
How often will I have follow-ups?
Your clinician sets your follow-up schedule based on your plan. During your first 90 days you’ll have regular check-ins with your care team, body composition rechecks every few weeks, and a full progress review around day 90, when you and your team decide your next cycle. After that, follow-ups continue as part of your ongoing care, with your Concierge keeping everything on track.
Can I switch clinics or be seen at more than one?
Yes. Every Nara Longevity clinic follows the same longevity standard, so your care can move with you. If you’d like to continue at another clinic, your care team coordinates the change. Your plan is led by one clinic and your physician there, and when your plan calls for care offered at another Nara Longevity location, your team arranges it for you.
Nutrition and lifestyle
Why is nutrition and lifestyle included in every plan?
Because lasting results depend on how you eat, train, sleep and recover. Every Nara Longevity plan includes it alongside your medical care.
Who leads my nutrition and lifestyle program?
Your program is led by Nara Longevity’s nutrition and exercise professionals, working as one team with your physician. Your physician oversees your medical care and approves your plan; your nutrition and exercise team turns it into how you eat, train and recover, and follows your progress with you.
Medications
Can my prescriptions be delivered?
Yes. Nara Longevity works with licensed 503A pharmacies, which prepare medications individually for each patient based on their physician’s prescription and ship them directly to your home. Your care team coordinates everything and confirms the details before your treatment starts.
Payment
Do you accept insurance?
No. Nara Longevity does not accept insurance. We’re a self-pay practice, which lets us design your care around your goals rather than insurance rules. Your care team will walk you through all costs and payment options before anything starts.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Your care team can talk you through payment options, including HSA and FSA, when they contact you.
