Is this for you?
For men: you’re more tired than you should be, your drive and mood have changed, and you’re losing strength or seeing your body change despite your efforts.
For women in perimenopause or menopause: hot flashes, poor sleep, mood shifts, brain fog or changes in your body that came on as your hormones started to change.
For younger women: irregular cycles, weight that settles around your middle, acne or unwanted hair, and the feeling that no one has looked at the cause.
Our approach
We’re not a replace-first hormone clinic. We start by understanding why your hormones have changed. Where possible, we support your body’s own production first, and we recommend replacement only when it’s truly needed. Every decision starts with your labs and your symptoms together, never with your age alone.
What your care can include
- A complete evaluation of your hormones, thyroid and key nutrients
- Hormone therapy for men, including options designed to protect your body’s natural production
- Perimenopause and menopause care for women, including hormonal and non-hormonal options
- Care for hormone patterns such as PCOS, focused on the cause
- Thyroid support, when your labs show it’s needed
- The form that fits you best, chosen with your physician
How we track your progress
You’ll have a full reassessment around three months in, with follow-up labs to see how your body is responding. Once you’re stable, reviews continue about every six months, or as your physician recommends.
Precision Nutrition & Lifestyle in this care path
Better hormones create the opportunity; how you train, eat and recover turns it into strength, energy and a healthier body composition. Your nutrition and exercise team builds that part of your plan.

Questions
Can I start hormone therapy without lab work?
No. Labs are always required before any hormone treatment. That’s how we make sure it’s right for you, and how we track it safely.
Is hormone therapy only for men?
No. We care for women through perimenopause, menopause and hormone patterns like PCOS, as well as men.
Are “bioidentical” hormones more natural or safer?
Not automatically. Your physician will explain the options, how each one works and why one fits you better than another.
Will testosterone affect my fertility?
It can. If having children is part of your plans, tell your physician; there are approaches designed to protect your natural production.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It varies. Some changes, like sleep or mood, may come first; others, like strength and body composition, take months. Your care team tracks your progress throughout.
