Is this for you?
You’ve tried to lose weight, maybe many times. The constant thoughts about food, the cravings, the cycle of losing and regaining have left you frustrated. You want more than a smaller number on the scale: you want to feel in control again and keep the results.
Our approach
Today, many clinics offer the same medications. What makes the difference is everything around them. At Nara Longevity, medical weight loss always comes with nutrition, strength training, body composition tracking and medical follow-up. We measure success by what you lose and what you keep: less fat, especially around your organs, while protecting the muscle that keeps you strong as you age.
What your care can include
- A metabolic evaluation and body composition baseline before you start
- Medical weight loss, including FDA-approved GLP-1 medications when appropriate
- Supporting therapies for metabolism, recommended by your physician when your results support them
- Your nutrition plan and exercise prescription, designed to protect and build muscle
- Training to take your treatment at home, or support at the clinic
- A long-term maintenance plan, discussed before you start
How we track your progress
While your treatment is being adjusted, you’ll see your medical team about monthly. Body composition is rechecked every 4 to 8 weeks, so you can see fat go down and muscle hold. Your labs show how your metabolic health improves along the way.
Precision Nutrition & Lifestyle in this care path
This is where your results become lasting. Your nutrition and exercise team sets your protein and nutrition targets and your strength training, so you lose fat without losing the muscle your body needs for years to come.

Questions
Is this just a GLP-1 program?
No. Medication can be part of your plan when appropriate, but every Nara Longevity weight loss plan includes nutrition, strength training and regular body composition tracking.
How much weight will I lose?
We don’t promise numbers. Every body responds differently. What we do is measure your progress closely: fat lost, muscle preserved and how your metabolic health changes.
Will I lose muscle?
Losing weight quickly can cost muscle, which is why protecting it is built into your plan through protein targets, strength training and regular body composition checks.
What happens if I stop the medication?
Your physician will talk with you about how long treatment may last and how to maintain your results before you start, so you have a plan for the long term.
Do I need lab work?
Yes. Baseline metabolic labs are always required, so your plan is built safely on your results.
