Is this for you?
You’re recovering from an injury that’s taking longer than it should, living with inflammation that keeps holding you back, or looking for ways to support how your tissues and cells age as part of your longevity plan.
Our approach
Regenerative medicine focuses on supporting your body’s own ability to repair tissue and maintain healthy cells. We approach it with care. Every patient is first evaluated for goals and eligibility, and established care is always considered first. When a regenerative option makes sense for you, your physician explains what it is, what the evidence shows and what is still unknown, and the decision is yours.
What your care can include
- A medical evaluation of your goals, history and eligibility
- Coordinated evaluation with Pain-Free Living & Functional Recovery for joint, muscle and injury concerns
- In-clinic regenerative therapies administered by authorized clinicians, when appropriate and after your informed consent
- Therapies to support cellular health as part of your longevity plan, recommended by your physician
How we track your progress
Your progress is typically reassessed around 4 to 6 weeks after treatment, and measured by what matters most: getting back to the activities you value.
Precision Nutrition & Lifestyle in this care path
Repair depends on what your body has to work with. Your nutrition and exercise team supports recovery through protein, rest, sleep and a training load that helps you heal rather than set you back.

Questions
What is regenerative medicine?
It’s an area of medicine focused on supporting the body’s own repair processes. Some approaches are well established; others are still emerging, which is why we always explain where each option stands.
Are these treatments FDA-approved?
Some regenerative therapies are not FDA-approved for the use being considered. Your physician will explain the status of any option before you decide.
Am I a candidate?
Your physician will review your history first. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, active infection or a history of cancer, may mean a regenerative option isn’t right for you.
How soon will I see results?
It varies by person and treatment, and results are never guaranteed. We measure progress by function, starting around 4 to 6 weeks.
